Everything in the ledger is one of three movements, and every movement names the account it came from or went to. Nothing floats free.

Separate float and cash
Each agent holds two accounts, so a float ceiling can be set and alerted on without cash on hand muddying the number.
Daily batches
Group a day's movement, close it, and carry the balance into tomorrow. Yesterday stays fixed once it is closed.

Filter by shop, account, or date range, then export the statement you actually reconcile against.

Every login on Sahal Money is provisioned by an administrator, so each account is tied to a real business, a real shop, and a role from the first day. Nobody creates their own access to a ledger that moves money.
